Before working with Steve Emley, managing insurance was difficult. The family has a very complex package—7 cars (including four teenagers on the policies!), a family home, and 5 rental properties. Someone with the expertise and patience to navigate this was needed. Steve Emley was a game-changer. I can’t recommend Steve Emley enough. He recently helped us switch coverage from our Mercedes GL450 to a new BMW X7, and the entire process was seamless. He responded quickly, explained the premium changes clearly, sent updated ID cards right away, and even made sure we understood how the auto change would impact our umbrella policy.
