Been with J&A for almost 6 years and I’ve always had great interactions with every associate. I recently turned to them again when buying a new house and John made everything seamless. On another instance, I recommended J&A to a friend who had issues with getting coverage for her home because she was “high risk” (to no fault of her own, things just happen...sometimes even twice) but J&A was able to find her coverage when it seemed like everyone was turning her down. I have never been so proud of a recommendation!

The guys at Johnston & Associates Insurance have completely made me rethink my opinion of "Insurance" people. Scott and Michael have been more than helpful in getting me business, auto, home, and life insurance. They are quick to respond with quotes, find and give all the discounts they possibly can, and do all the shopping around for you. All I've had to do is email in a few papers and sign a document. I definitely recommend this company to anyone wanting a pleasant experience in insurance. Their kindness and humor is icing on the cake, after each email or phone call with them, I feel more secure in my insurance decisions.

I've worked with Johnston & Associates to shop around auto insurance policies and we found a great policy at a great price with their help. More recently I worked with Michael Wright on home owners insurance and again we got a great policy at a great price. I highly recommend Johnston & Associates.
