Rick’s career began in the late 90s as an Office Manager with Scott Johnston’s agency in California. He later transitioned to working as an insurance project manager for a large builder, where he gained experience inspecting and estimating property losses. His duties as a liaison between insurance adjustors and clients honed his skills in insurance knowledge and claims management. With over 20 years of experience in the industry as a director of business operations, Rick worked as a consultant to improve processes and procedures.
He firmly believes in the value of independent brokers who provide essential guidance in coverage options, ensuring clients are placed with the most highly-rated insurance companies available on the open market.
Outside of his professional life, Rick resides in Hendersonville, TN, with his wonderful wife, Liz.
